Since 2016, Process Mining has been applied to the procurement process and the invoicing process at a leading company in the field of dredging, offshore energy and maritime services. This has led to a better alignment of purchase orders with the processing of invoices. The balance sheet position has therefore been improved. In addition, the process KPIs have been formulated and implemented and Process Monitoring is used to manage the purchasing and invoicing process on a daily basis.
The smart algorithm that detects double payments of invoices is used to prevent duplicate payments from taking place.
At one of the largest Ore Transhipment companies in the Netherlands, the degree of automation of the cranes that unload the ships must increase on average. In recent years, great efforts have been made to advance digitalization and automation of these cranes. Analysis dashboards provide live insight into the degree of automation per ship and the space concerned. With the help of Process Monitoring, the KPIs around the level of automation are monitored. The information that comes from the various data analyzes serves different customers, including: the operators, project management and planning.
At one of the larger car dealer companies in the Netherlands we use the data from the dealer system to improve the delivery process of the vehicles. The starting point here is the desired process flow, the so-called "happy flow". A process diagnosis has been carried out in which the deviations from the "happy flow" are expressed in concrete figures. The sponsor has used the on-line Power Analytics Platform from Zuiver ICT. This makes it possible to share, analyze and improve the process information with multiple employees.
